Al-Nuhud, November 1 (Darfur24)

At least two civilians were killed and several others injured on Friday when an airstrike targeted the Ayal Bakhit market, north of Al-Nuhud city in West Kordofan State.

Eyewitnesses told Darfur24 that the area came under heavy bombardment involving barrel bombs and drones while people were inside the market.

Sources confirmed that looting followed the air raids, reportedly carried out by members of the Rapid Support Forces, targeting traders and civilians in the market.

The Ayal Bakhit market is one of the largest in the area, attracting visitors from several neighboring villages and towns.
