El Fasher, March 23 (Darfur24)
At least ten civilians died in drone strikes that hit multiple locations in El Fasher, North Darfur, over two consecutive days, according to local medical and eyewitness sources.
A medical source said about ten civilians were killed in a strike on the livestock market east of the city, with the injured transferred to the Saudi Hospital.
Residents said the raids hit several areas, including the market, Nifasha, the Sixth Infantry Division headquarters, and parts of the land port, causing casualties among civilians and fighters and spreading fear among residents.
The Sudan Founding Alliance (Ta’sis) said the market bombing killed 23 people, but Darfur24 could not independently verify the figures. The Sudanese army has not commented on the incident.
