Today, Wednesday, the Sudanese army announced that it had retaken the entire city of Khartoum, while the Rapid Support Forces (RSF)went through the Jabal Awlia Bridge to Omdurman from the western side.
The Sudanese army spokesman, Brigadier Nabil Abdullah, said that the army took control of the camp of RSF in the “Taiba Al -Hassanab” area in the locality of Jabal Awlia, indicating that the camp is the main base for RSFvand its latest strongholds in Khartoum.
Before that, Abdullah had announced the control of the army in the East Khartoum axis on the headquarters of the First Brigade Authenticity in Al -Bakir, after the RSF suffered a crushing defeat.
He also affirmed that the army had tightened its control today, Wednesday, on the western side of the major Mansheya bridge linking the cities of Khartoum and Khartoum Bahri.
