At least 10 civilians were killed Tuesday, as clashes renewed between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) in the city of El Fasher, according to medical sources at the Southern Hospital.

Meanwhile, eyewitnesses confirmed that the Rapid Support Forces bombed a number of residential neighborhoods, which also caused deaths and injuries among civilians, in addition to the destruction of some homes.

Eyewitnesses from the Abu Shouk camp for the displaced and the neighborhoods of “Al-Qubba, Tambasi, Makkarka and Hay Al-Salam” told “Darfur 24” that the artillery shelling of the city came from areas under the control of the Rapid Support Forces in the northern and eastern part of El Fasher, noting that the shelling was renewed since the morning and continued for hours. The day.

Abdullah Muhammad Saleh, a community leader in the Abu Shouk camp for displaced people, pointed out that a dungeon occurred in the Al-Naseem neighborhood, causing the death of three women and the injury of three children, in addition to another dungeon in the IDP shelter center at Salam School 14, which caused the injury of a woman and a child, in addition to the partial destruction of the center’s wall.

Meanwhile, a medical source at Al-Fasher Hospital in the south, who preferred to remain anonymous, revealed that the hospital recorded at least 10 deaths during the daylight hours, while the number of wounded reached dozens during the times of the Maghrib call to prayer, due to renewed clashes in the southern axis.
