The Sudanese army’s warplanes launched air strikes, on Saturday night, on the town of Kabkabiya, 156 km, west of Fasher, the provincial capital of North Darfur.
A volunteer activist from the town of Kabkabiya, Abdul -Malik Moussa, told Darfur 24 that “the strikes targeted the Zawiya Glue area east of Souq Kabkabiya and the Souk neighborhood south and caused great losses in civilian homes.”
He pointed out that the warplanes fired more than three shells that led to panic among the city’s residents, without loss of life.
The citizen Ammar Al -Hadi revealed to “Darfur 24” that the flying was destroyed in the city of Kabkabiya completely.
An airstrike on Saturday night on the city of Kabkabiya is the third of its kind during this year.
The warplanes launched new air strikes on the city of El Fasher, the capital of North Darfur, yesterday night, as it fired more than 7 explosive barrels at the north and east of the city, according to eyewitnesses.
The witnesses told “Darfur 24” that the aircraft targeted the concentrations of the Rapid Support Forces in the neighborhoods of “Dim Sallak, the Institute, the family, the land port, the mountain, the factories and the stock exchange” and the entrance to the “Melt” gate.
Darfur 24 was unable to obtain information about human losses in the raids.
And the Army’s type Antnov plane shaved, on Saturday night, in the airspace of the city of El Fasher for more than half an hour, the Rapid Support Forces fired anti -aircraft extensively towards the plane.
The raid, which was launched at night on the city of El Fasher, is the sixth of its kind in April, and last March witnessed 7 air strikes, bringing the number of raids this year to 15 and 18 since the beginning of the fighting between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces in April last year.
