The medical clinic suspended its work for a month, following eruption of congratulation between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces RSF in Khartoum and a number of cities in Darfur.
The medical NGO said after Three weeks of fighting between RSF and SAf we managed to reopen our health clinic in zamzam IDP camp North Darfur.
Due to the fierce fighting and insecurity in Elfashir and the surrounding areas , our medical team was unable to access the IDP until Sunday.. throughout that time, there was no health service for 120.000 IDPS living in the camp, the statement added..
According to the statement, since reopening the clinic, 160 patients come to the hospital everyday..
All hospitals in Elfashir have been out of service since the war broke out between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces RSF..
The Sudanese doctors union said all hospitals in El-Geneina are out of service…
Last month, armed confrontations broke out between the Sudanese army and the Rapid Support Forces, leaving 700 dead and thousands injured..
