Port Sudan , July 4(Darfur24) The incoming and outgoing movement of the Red Sea ports stopped Wednesday after the decision of the Director of the Standards and Metrology Authority in the Red Sea State to withdraw all employees of the Authority from all the sites in which it operates.

 

The decision  came in the wake of the exposure of the main office of the authority in the state to  closure by the “Beja Youth association.

 

The Beja Youth Gathering had carried out a sit-in a few months ago that lasted for several weeks in front of the offices of the Standards and Metrology Authority to demand the allocation of jobs to the people of the state .

 

Darfur 24 correspondent in the state said  the sit-in, which was staged  today, came against the background of a decision by the authority to terminate secondement  of all employees of other institutions in the authority.
