Hague ,June 11(Darfur 24)The International Criminal Court ICC will
resume the trial of Abdul Rahman Kushayb next Monday morning at ten in
the morning.
The court will hear the testimony of the 16th witness, and it is
expected that the witness will talk about the relationship between
Abdul Rahman and his nickname “Ali Kushayb.”
It also deals with the attack launched by the militias on the village
of Shahid in February 2004, and his displacement with others to
Mukjar, where they were tortured and their property looted, and on the
orders of Abdul Rahman Kushayb, they were arrested in Mukjar and
allegedly tortured and some of them were executed, and a mass grave
was found outside Mukjar in March April 2004.
