Khartoum, Feb16 (Darfur24)  United Nations expert on human rights in Sudan, Adama Diang, expressed his concern over killing of two protesters in Khartoum on Monday.

 

On Monday, the Central Doctors Committee announced killing of   two demonstrators in Khartoum during their participation in the February 14 rally that demands  civilian rule.

 

Diang Twittered on  Tuesday, calling on  authorities to ensure prompt, independent and impartial investigations into the killing, injuries and arbitrary detention of protesters and members of the resistance committees, and to bring those responsible to justice.

Protesters death toll in Sudan since the October 25 coup has risen to 81, including a woman and 10 children.
