The judiciary revealed, on Monday, the establishment of special courts to hear cases of the martyrs of the December Revolution, at a speed that does not disturb the course of justice.
According to a press statement released by the judicial authority Monday, that it received 8 cases from the Public Prosecution relating to the killing of protesters during the revolution. The statement added that the courts began examining the files of some cases of the martyrs and issued judgments in some of them and continued to review others.
The statement pointed to the case of the Obayid martyrs, which is still ongoing, as the court has charged the accused with murder and set a session to hear the defense
