The government of South Darfur has dispatched joint forces to Radoum area, 360 kilometers south of the city of Nyala, the capital of the state to combat drug cartels.

Addressing the forces heading to the Random areas on Monday, the governor said that the purpose of sending the troops is to arrest criminals and drug dealers The commander of the 16th Infantry Division, Major General Muhammad Al-Amin, said that the incident in which 14 anti-drug police were killed is a target for all the security services in the state. State Police Director Major General Ali Hasab Al-Rasoul stated that these forces are the fourth batch to be sent to the Sengo area, in which the incidents of last Thursday took place, explaining that the southern areas have recently been suffreing from murder and armed robbery crime .
