One person was killed and four others were injured in an armed looting incident on Wednesday night on Al-Daein-Abokarnka road in East Darfur.
Eyewitness, Hussain Barar, told Darfur 24 that a passenger transport vehicle came under fire by armed men on Ad-Daein-Abokarnka road, killing the driver of the vehicle and wounding four passengers.
However, it was reported that the gunmen were using a 4×4 vehicle.
This is the second incident in East Darfur within 24 hours, as the first incident occurred near the city of El-Daein, and one of the passengers of the lorry was injured.
