Al-Hadi Idris who is the head of the coalition of armed movements that was fighting regime of the former Sudanese president Albashir, visited the areas and localities affected by the war in the state of Central Darfur as part of his tour in the region.
However, regime of the ousted president Albashir is accused of committing war crimes and crimes against humanity in the Darfur region, in the early years of the civil war that broke out in 2003, which prompted the UN security council to transfer the Darfur case file to the International Criminal Court. \
The trial of Ali Abd al-Rahman, also known as Ali Kosheib, who was accused of committing war crimes in the Darfur region between 2003 and 2004, began last June in the Hague.
Al-Hadi quoted by Sudan News Agency as saying that the Juba Peace Agreement paid great attention to issues of justice, hawakir, the issue of displaced persons and refugees.
Dr. Alhadi underscored that success of the joint forces which will be formed in the coming period depends on protecting civilians, collecting weapons, and imposing state authority in the Darfur region.
