November 10, 2020 (Khartoum) The Public Prosecution has requested the Rapid Support forces RSF to handover an officer with the rank of captain and other soldiers accused of killing a person in front of the home of former Sudanese Vice President Hassabo last August in Khartoum.
In a letter addressed to the Military Justice Department of the Rapid Support Forces, which was seen by Darfur, the prosecution demanded that the aforementioned men be handed over for investigation.
However, the Public Prosecution brought charges under Article 130 of the Criminal Code against Captain Hassan Muhammad Salih, warrant officer Adam Dawood Ibrahim, and Rashid Jibril.
