October 2, 2020 (Nyala) Armed men killed three people Friday, on the road between Radoom and Nyala.
State Police Director Major General Ali Hassaballah told Darfur 24 that the incident comes as the attempts of some parties rejecting the peace agreement that will be concluded tomorrow, Saturday, in the city
of Juba, the capital of South Sudan, and stated that the police are now working to pursue the armed group to arrest them.
The police chief revealed information that groups affiliated with the Abdel Wahid movement would carry out criminal operations during these days to reflect a grim picture of the situation in Darfur in conjunction with the country’s celebrations of the final signing of peace deal.
