September 24, 2020 (Khartoum) The transitional government in Khartoum has dispatched  four  trucks loaded with food and non-food items to relief the people  affected by the heavy rains   in the city of
Al-Firdous, East Darfur.

Head of the Federal Commission for Social Safety and Poverty Reduction, Izz Al-Din Al-Safi, told Darfur 2” that the torrential disaster and floods that hit the city of  Al-Firdous, necessitate that  the government stand with affected people.

“Three days ago, the  commission sent trucks loaded with food and non-food items to the people affected by torrential rains in East Darfur” Izz Al-Din Al-Safi concluded.
