August 30, 2020-Member of the Transitional Sovereign Council, Mohamed Hassan Al-Taishi, announced that by signing the security arrangements protocols, the government of the Glorious December Revolution, had put the horse before the cart, and opened the way towards a historic compromise between the peoples of Sudan.
Al-Taishi remarks comes after completion of the signing of security arrangements protocols between the transitional government and the Sudanese Revolutionary Front.
“This peace project is the first national institutional project in which I contribute with others to answer the foundation and building questions” Altaishi wrote on his Facebook page.
SRF alliance created in November 2011 aimed to bring together the two main factions of the Sudan Liberation Movement/Army, as well as the other major rebel group in Darfur, the Justice and Equality Movement, with rebels in South Kordofan and Blue Nile states.
