August 6, 2020 -Sudanese refugees in Niger have complained about the deterioration of their health and humanitarian conditions inside the refugee camps in the Agadir border region between Niger and Libya.
However, the refugee camp is home to more than a thousand Sudanese refugees from Darfur region, including men, women and children .
In a recorded message to Darfur24, the refugees spokesman Adam said that the situation was getting worse day by day due to the lack of necessary services such as water and food, and the increasing number
of sick children and people with special needs in the absence of doctors and health services.
A female refugee preferred to withhold her name said “Refugees are living in s dire conditions and need urgent assistance’ “Eye diseases are the most common in the camp, because of the desert
heat and the poor housing” the female refugee concluded.
