June 30, 2020( Khartoum) Masses of the Sudanese people took to the streets, Monday, in huge processions throughout the country to commemorate the June 30th, anniversary of the glorious Sudanese revolution , and to correct the transitional period path .
The “million marches ” comes with the aim of completing the peace obligations, retribution for the families of the martyrs, expediting the trial of symbols of former regime, reforming the justice system,
along forming the Legislative Council as well as appointing civilian governors, establishing commissions and demanding economic reform.
A number of participants in the processions unanimously spoke to Darfur 24,Tuesday, that there will not be a waiver of the rights for which they went out, confirming that June 30 restored strength to the
street and prestige to the revolution.
They said that the goals of the revolution were not completed and there are still obstacles facing the revolution, adding that they are working hard for the sake of building the country, categorically that there will be no military coup again, and that their state will be civilian.
The Ministry of the Interior announced that a citizen had been injured by outlaws in the local market in Khartoum.
In a statement seen by Darfur 24, the ministry said that the citizen was assisted by the police and that his condition was stable, stressing that Public Prosecution had taken legal measures through to
deal with the incident
The glorious December revolution overthrew , regime of the ousted leader, Omar al-Bashir, who had ruled the country for thirty years, during which the people suffered poor economic conditions, wars and conflicts that engulfed majority of the country..
