June 21, 2020 -The Sudanese-Chadian border witnessed security tensions, On Sunday, after the Chadian authorities detained Sudanese officers who entered the Chadian territory in an informal manner,
while Sudanese armed men detained a Chadian military patrol before the joint forces between the two countries managed to contain the situation.
Sources told Darfur 24, that one of the Sudanese officers, affiliatedwith the Rapid Support Forces (RSF) was arrested by the Chadian authorities, after informally entering Chadian territory with his
vehicle.
“The Chadian authorities detained the Sudanese soldier and handed him over to the Sudanese-Chadian joint forces, handcuffed ” concluded the
