May 15, 2020 (Khartoum) Sudan reported on Friday 146 new Coronavirus
(COVID-19) cases, raising total number of confirmed cases in the
country to 1964.
“One coronavirus death have been reported in Sudan, taking the death
toll at 91,” the ministry said in a statement.
“7 new patients have recovered, raising total number of the
recovered cases to 205” it added.
Sudanese authorities recently closed land and sea borders in the
country, in a bit to curb spread of Cornavirus.
The virus, which initially appeared in China, has infected more than
three million people around the globe and has taken the lives of more
than 300,000 others.
