February 10, 2020 (El-Fashir) Ambassadors of Sweden, Switzerland, Britain, and Norway will arrive in El Fashir Monday, accompanied by the United Nations Resident Representative and Head of the United Nations Development Program in Sudan.
The delegation’s visit is aimed at identifying Darfur Project for Peace, Development and Stabilization, which was previously financed by the multi-donor funds.
The Humanitarian Aid Commissioner, said in a statement extended to Darfur 24 that the delegation will pay an inspection visit to the areas of Abusakin and Kafout in North Darfur.
The funded projects in those areas, includes project of reducing negative effects of climate change, increasing production and productivity in agricultural schemes, in addition to the water harvesting program.
